GFT (Grace Fabric Technology Co., Ltd.) is originated from Shanghai Grace Fabric Co., Ltd. , which was founded on Aug. 13, 1998, Grace is located at No. 123 Xiuyan Road, Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao Industrial Zone with an area of 90,000 square meters. Shanghai Grace Fabric Co., Ltd. was totally changed to Corporation Ltd. after the approval of the Inaugural Meeting of Grace Fabric Technology Co., Ltd. on Aug. 8, 2016. Grace was registered in Shanghai Municipal Administration for Industry & Commerce and acquired the business license with the unified social credit code 91310115607393912M and the register capital of RMB 790 million.

GFT (Stock ticker: 603256.SH) successfully listed in the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Jul. 19, 2019. GFT registered RMB 877.8 million at Shanghai Municipal Administration of Market Supervision on Nov. 2, 2019.On March 7, 2022, the company's registered capital was RMB 884.37 million.

GFT mainly produces medium and high-end e-glass fabric series including extremely thin fabric, super thin fabric and thin e-glass fabric.
